General

My art style is cartoonish and stylized to have somewhat realistic humanoid bodily proportions! I mostly do abstract backgrounds, but I plan to include more intricate backgrounds in some of my services.Please keep in mind that it will take longer to deliver the piece(s) and a fee may apply depending on how advanced your design/ background is.I send low resolution images (screenshots) through the work process that are watermarked so that I can receive feedback - I only send the full resolution files when the piece(s) are complete! I prefer that the progress pictures are not posted online, but if you want to send them to a friend, you're welcome to do so!

Boundaries

WILL draw: Fanart, Original Characters, Furry/ Anthro, Humanoids, Animals, Most Body Types*, Pairings/ Ship Art, Borrowers, Fantasy Creatures, Scars and Unreality.WILL NOT draw: Baby Furs, SH/ Suicide, Drug/ Alcohol Abuse, Vore, *Hyper Bodies (Unrealistic Weight or Muscle Gain), Vomit/ Throwing Up, Human X Furry/ Anthro, and Children (Human or otherwise).If you're curious about something that isn't listed, feel free to ask me! I would be happy to hear your specific ideas and answer any questions you have.

Payment

You may pay in full or make a deposit of half of your quote to guarantee a slot.If you make a deposit, you must pay the remainder of your quote when the commission is finished in order to receive the piece(s) at their full resolution.

Revisions

All services will allow for feedback between stages (sketch, line art, flats, rendering, background) and up to 3 revision requests. If I provide 3 revisions and more are requested, extra fees will apply.

Deadlines And Delivery

My turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, and at the very latest 3 months from payment confirmation.You will receive all digital files (PNG, JPEG, GIF, etc.) via Discord DMs as a file in app, a Google Drive link, or through email if requested.

Use

My art is for personal use only - you may use it as your profile picture/ icon on any platform with credit to me (@a1t-ernative) in your bio. If you wish to post the artwork online, you may post the provided watermarked version(s) of the piece with credit.You MAY NOT feed my work into AI engines or use them as NFTs or as Cryptocurrency- doing so will block you from receiving commissions from me going forward, and a warning sent out to art mutuals about the inappropriate use of commissioned work.

Intellectual Property Rights

I (the artist) reserve the intellectual rights to all of my work. I may use commissioned works for my portfolio, promote my socials, and use as reference for my future works.When commissioning me for characters that you or someone else owns, those characters still belong to their respective owner(s). My work is not to be resold in any form, digital or physical.Please inform me if you consent to me posting WIPs to my socials while your project is still a work in progress, or if you would prefer I wait until after your commission is finished and in its final state to be posted.

Refunds

100% refund before I begin on your piece.75% refund in the initial sketch phase.50% refund when the sketch is approved and have moved into lineart.After the lineart is finished and coloring has begun, there will be no refund. Same with a final piece, once it has been delivered, there will be no refund.

Communication

I like to keep a line of communication open and available to those I'm working with, whether that be through Discord, Tiktok, Instagram, or VGen! My commissions are primarily open communication, as I want to make sure that the piece(s) I create are coming out as expected throughout the commissioning process.If you have questions I'm always happy to answer! My availability hours are varied, so you can message me at any time and I'll get back to you ASAP!
